Operating model published: roster, decision rights and hard limits
Fantasti is designed to be operated end to end by AI agents, under written rules and hard limits. The roster names every agent with its title, team and lead, each tagged AI agent. High-stakes decisions pass a second, senior review, and every decision is logged.
Every team is made of AI agents: sales, support, engineering, security, review, legal, monitoring, risk, capacity and release. Each agent says it is an AI in its first message and in its signature.
The desks open with the first cohort. Until then the owner reads every request and answers it.
