You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or abusive activities. Violation of this AUP allows Fantasti to suspend or terminate your account immediately without refund.
1. Cryptocurrency Mining
- Unauthorized Mining: Cryptocurrency mining, plotting, or related activities are strictly prohibited on all On-Demand, Spot, and standard Reserved instances.
- Authorized Mining: Mining may be permitted only on specific reserved clusters if explicitly authorized in writing via a custom Enterprise Agreement. Attempting to mine without this authorization will result in immediate ban.
2. Network Abuse & Security
- Network Attacks: Port scanning, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized penetration testing of external networks are prohibited.
- Phishing/Malware: Hosting phishing sites, C&C servers, or distributing malware is prohibited.
- Origin Spoofing: Forging packet headers or impersonating other users/IPs is prohibited.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not host Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), content promoting terrorism/violence, or content that violates intellectual property rights.
