Built to be run by agents.
Under written rules.

Fantasti is designed to be operated end to end by AI agents, under written rules and hard limits. High-stakes decisions pass a second, senior review. Every decision is logged. The owner sets the rules.

The desks open with the first cohort. Until then the owner reads every request and answers it.

Trace a decision

Answer a question: Front desk routes it, Support desk answers from the catalog and its playbook, the QA reviewer grades it. It stays at the desk.

Three levels. 01 Desk: front-line and technical agents in 10 teams (Sales, Support, Engineering, Security, Review, Legal, Monitoring, Risk, Capacity, Release) decide everything inside their written playbook and limits. 02 Senior review, by the orchestrator tier, takes the high-stakes decisions: Refunds and credits above $500; Suspending or terminating an account; Reservations and capacity requests to the capacity layer; Security disclosures; Exceptions to a playbook. The reviewer is a different agent from the one that proposed the decision, and it records its reasoning. Everything else, agents decide inside their playbooks and log. 03 The owner: The rules and limits themselves, and the few acts only a legal person can perform. Signs contracts and legal documents for Fantasti. Owns the bank and payment accounts and passes their identity checks. Answers legal process and regulators, and files taxes. Sets and changes the hard limits and the decision rights. The levels work under the written rules, set by the owner: Catalog and prices (what a customer pays), Your policy (quotas, caps, ceilings), Risk rule set (allow, verify, hold, block), Playbooks (versioned and reviewed). Every decision is logged in a decision record: role · playbook · tier · inputs · rule · reasoning · outcome · review. Prices come from the catalog. Limits come from your policy. Max prices and risk outcomes come from written rules. A language model never invents a number you pay or a limit you hit.

Every decision ends one of three ways: the agent acts, the agent asks, or the agent hands the decision to senior review with its notes.

  • 03

Inside its limits alone. Beyond them, senior review.

An agent can pause, hold, draft and recommend, and it acts alone inside its written limits. The reviewer is a different agent from the one that proposed the decision, and it records its reasoning.

Rules for every agent06

  1. It says it is an AI.

Every agent identifies itself as an AI in its first message and in its signature.

  2. Roles, not staff.

Every role on this roster is an AI agent or a written rule. None is a person. The support desk, the account manager, the account lead, the infrastructure desk and the architect are AI agents.

  3. High-stakes decisions get a senior review.

A high-stakes decision goes to senior review, on the orchestrator tier. The reviewer is a different agent from the one that proposed the decision, and it records its reasoning. Everything else, agents decide inside their playbooks and log.

  4. The owner sets the rules.

The owner sets the rules and the hard limits, and performs the few acts only a legal person can perform. Hard limits are rules the agents cannot change for themselves. The hard limits cover money out, who may change a rule, a stop the owner can use at any time, and a record of every decision.

  5. Quota grows with the account.

Your quota grows automatically, on your payment history and your commitment. Up to the limits of the Direct plan there is no sales step. The Quota analyst raises your quota in steps and writes a decision record. Above those limits, the Quota analyst prepares the case and senior review decides.

  6. Capacity requests.

    Planned

Requests racks and reservations for a customer through a shared channel with the capacity layer, and lines up both sides. It may ask, clarify and collect quotes on its own. A reservation or a capacity request goes to senior review before it is placed. No commitment is made unless a customer contract or prepayment covers it, up to a ceiling the owner sets.

§04 Hard limits Set by the owner

Four limits no agent can move.

The hard limits cover money out, who may change a rule, a stop the owner can use at any time, and a record of every decision.

  1. 01

    Money out.

No capacity commitment is made to the capacity layer unless a customer contract or prepayment covers it, up to a ceiling the owner sets. No single refund or credit goes above a ceiling the owner sets.

  2. 02

    Rule changes.

An agent may propose a change to a playbook, a price or a term. The change takes effect only after senior review has evaluated it, and the owner sees every change in the digest. Limits and decision rights change only by the owner.

  3. 03

    Stop.

The owner can pause any agent, any desk or all outbound actions at once.

  4. 04

    Record.

Every decision is logged with its inputs and its reasoning. The owner receives a short digest, and anomalies escalate to the owner immediately: a spend spike, repeated overrides, a security event.

  1. 01Agent

    Observe

A reviewer agent grades every conversation and action against written criteria.

  2. 02Agent

    Propose

The agent drafts a change to its own instructions, with the cases that prompted it.

  3. 03Automated

    Replay

The draft runs against past cases, simulated cases and attack cases. No customer is involved.

  4. 04Senior review

    Review

Senior review reads the diff and the results, then approves, edits or rejects. The reviewer is never the agent that proposed the change.

  5. 05Automated

    Stage

An approved change runs in shadow, then for a share of cases, then for all. One step rolls it back.

  6. 06Automated

    Record

The change appears in the changelog with its release stage, and in the owner's digest.

An agent cannot change its own tools, its limits or its tests, and it cannot change a model. A model upgrade goes through the same review.

§08 Agents never

Agents never

  • 01 Read your workloads. Agents work from account metadata, usage, tickets and the telemetry you can see yourself. They do not open your containers, volumes or buckets.
  • 02 Train Fantasti models on your data. Fantasti does not train models on your tickets or your usage. The model provider is a sub-processor, listed on the Trust page.
  • 03 Pretend to be a person. Every agent identifies itself as an AI in its first message and in its signature.
  • 04 Raise their own limits. Limits and decision rights change only by the owner, and are enforced outside the model.
  • 05 Take instructions from data. Text in a ticket, a log line or a file name is treated as data, never as an instruction.
§09 Access Private Preview

Every request is read.

Access opens in cohorts. Companies can request a place in the first, and places are limited.

How an account is opened Private Preview
  1. 01 Request

You send a request through the form, from your company email address, and say what you want to run.

  2. 02 Review

The owner reads every request for the first cohort. A request from a company domain is reviewed for fit. We reply to a reviewed request, usually within one business day.

  3. 03 Invitation

While places remain, an approved request is invited by a sign-up link sent to that address. The sign-up link is tied to the email address of the request, is valid for 72 hours and works once.

  4. 04 Waitlist

Personal and free email addresses join the waitlist in this phase. When the cohort is full, new company requests join the waitlist too.

§10 Questions

Questions about the agents.

Is Fantasti run without people?

By design, yes. AI agents work every desk, under written rules and hard limits, and high-stakes decisions pass a second, senior review. The owner of Fantasti sets the rules and the limits, and performs the few acts only a legal person can perform, such as signing contracts and answering regulators. Once the desks open, the owner does not work cases.

Can I talk to a person?

Until the desks open with the first cohort, the owner reads every request and answers it. After that every desk is AI agents, and each one says so in its first message and in its signature. Ask on any channel to escalate. The case goes to senior review, a second AI agent on the orchestrator tier, with the notes of the agent that worked it, so you do not repeat yourself. Plans are on the Support page.

Which models do the agents use?

Language models in three tiers, named here by what they do: front line for the desks, senior for diagnosis, analysis and most team leads, and the orchestrator tier for design, review and orchestration. Each identity card states the tier its agent runs on.

Who decides whether my account is suspended?

A rule or a desk agent can place a hold and nothing more. A hold is temporary and reversible. Suspending or closing an account is decided by senior review: an AI agent on the orchestrator tier, never the one that proposed it, with its reasoning on record. You can appeal, and the appeal goes to senior review again.

Does a model set my price?

No. On-demand prices come from the catalog. On spot you pay the market's spot price, and your max price decides whether your nodes run.

What happens when an agent is wrong?

Tell it, or ask for senior review. The decision is corrected, and the case joins the tests that every future playbook change must pass.

Can my own agents work with Fantasti?

Yes. The MCP server is built to give your agents the same API your own team uses, inside the limits your admins set.
