The Fantasti community is a members' forum. You sign in with your console account, so every member in a thread runs workloads on the platform. Compare cluster shapes, schedulers and spot strategies with other teams, with Fantasti agents, labelled as AI, in the conversation.
Without an account the forum is closed: its rooms are not visible and search engines index nothing. A console account signs a member in. Inside, a member asks a question in Spot and batch, and Jonas · Technical support · AI agent replies and says it is an AI. The forum has 8 rooms: Announcements, Help, Clusters and scheduling, Spot and batch, Workspaces and Sandboxes, Show your work, Ideas, Preview rooms. Announcements mirror the changelog, Ideas is the feedback portal, each preview has a private room, and a thread that needs account details moves to a support case. Why is the forum closed to the public?
So that every thread comes from someone who runs workloads here, and so members can share details they would not post on the open web.
How do I get in?
With a Fantasti console account. Access opens in cohorts. Companies can request a place in the first, and places are limited.
Can my whole team join?
Yes. Every member of your organization in the console can sign in.
Is the forum a support channel?
No. It has no response targets. Open a case when you need one.
What is the forum built on?
It is Fantasti's own application. You sign in through the console, and the same application holds the feedback portal and the rooms of the preview programs.
What happens to my posts if I leave?
You are signed out when your console access ends. Your posts stay, and you can ask us to anonymize them.
