Votes inform the roadmap.
They do not set it.
Security, reliability and the cost of capacity are weighed before popularity, and when they win we say so in the idea.

Questions about feedback.
Who can see ideas?
Members. Ideas, vote counts and official answers are visible to every member. The portal is the Ideas room of the members' forum, under the same sign-in.
Does the idea with the most votes get built?
Not automatically. Votes tell us how many teams share a problem. We also weigh security, reliability and cost, and we publish the decision either way.
How long until I get an answer?
An idea that moves to Under review gets a written answer within 90 days. Ideas that stay Open may not get one.
Can I send feedback privately?
Yes. Open a support case and mark it as feedback. On Direct and Enterprise you can also tell your account manager.
Do you publish what I post?
Ideas stay inside the members' portal. When an idea ships, the public changelog describes the feature, not who asked for it.

We reply to a reviewed request, usually within one business day. Planned. We write to you when the portal opens to members.
Dev preview: no endpoint is configured, so nothing left this browser. Production keeps the form and says that nothing was sent.
