We believe your data is yours. This policy outlines how Fantasti Technologies LLC collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, email, company name, billing address, and payment information.
  • Usage Data: Compute hours, instance types, API calls, bandwidth usage, and error logs necessary for billing.
  • Customer Content: We do NOT access the contents of your VMs, storage volumes, or model weights unless explicitly authorized by you for support purposes.

2. Third-Party Infrastructure Sharing

To provision resources, limited metadata about your workload (e.g., region preference, instance size, SSH public key) is shared with the infrastructure provider that runs it. The companies that process customer data on Fantasti’s behalf, including each infrastructure provider, are listed under Sub-processors on our Trust and security page. Your Customer Content (data inside the VM) is stored and processed on that provider’s infrastructure to run your workloads, and is not shared with that provider for any other purpose.

3. International Transfers

For customers in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we offer a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) incorporating Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). To request a signed DPA, please contact legal@mail.fantasti.ai.

4. Automated Processing & AI Agents

Placement, capacity, quota and support on the Fantasti Cloud Platform are designed to be handled by AI agents, and automated checks screen sign-ups, payments and launches for fraud and abuse. To do this, the agents process Account Information, Usage Data and the support conversations you send us. Once the agent desks are in service, our AI model provider processes agent inputs and outputs as our sub-processor, and is listed under Sub-processors.
